Withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted during business hours. solatpk's finance team processes withdrawal requests multiple times per day. You confirm that all funds deposited into your solatpk account are from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner of those funds. solatpk reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from illegal activity.

solatpk offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all solatpk bonuses unless stated otherwise:
solatpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will not be disadvantaged by a mid-offer change, but solatpk may require additional documentation before a modified bonus is released.

Before confirming a bet, you should carefully review the selection, stake amount, and potential return. solatpk is not responsible for any errors made by you during the bet placement process, including misclicks, wrong selections, or incorrect stake amounts.
solatpk reserves the right to change odds on any market at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmation has been issued, odds are locked at the confirmed rate. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and a brief delay may exist between the odds displayed and those available when a bet is submitted.
solatpk may void a bet or a market in circumstances including, but not limited to: match abandonment, venue change, manifestly incorrect odds, system error, proven match manipulation, or events outside solatpk's control. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your account.
solatpk may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulator combinations. Where a maximum applies, it will be communicated clearly on the relevant market. solatpk reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any individual member at its discretion.
PSL and all cricket betting on solatpk is governed by the specific cricket betting rules available on the platform. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) reduced overs match, markets will be settled in accordance with the official DLS result where applicable. Abandoned matches will result in void bets unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined under solatpk's cricket rules.
All casino games available on solatpk — including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, slots, and all other table games — use either independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats with real physical cards dealt on camera.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on solatpk. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:
solatpk monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Our security team reviews betting patterns, payment activity, and account behaviour continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and investigated. Confirmed violations will result in permanent closure and, where legally required, reports to the relevant authorities.
solatpk reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if solatpk has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to solatpk or other members. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, account funds may be frozen pending investigation.
You may close your solatpk account at any time by contacting support@solatpk.app. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled, any verified withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method, and any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
If you wish to take a break from gambling, solatpk offers self-exclusion options of varying durations, including permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances, including at the member's own request. Continued use of solatpk after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using solatpk and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2 above.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to solatpk's operating jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes arising from solatpk's operations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of solatpk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by solatpk in writing.
